A 12 weeks strength training program for the gym designed to transform your body through a structured weight lifting program planned on 3 different training phases . The 1ST PHASE is an accumulation phase, which focus on volume with lots of repetitions and little rest. Then it would be an intensification phase where we would reduce the number of repetitions and increase intensity from the first phase. The final phase would be another accumulation phase. This is a training protocol with some of the best methods to achieve the physique you want . Which method? It is a full body workout including upper body and lower body exercises paired into ‘supersets’. By super-setting the exercises (performing one exercise directly after another with little or no rest) we can reduce rest times, maintain intensity and to get more work done in a shorter period of time. This is a 8 WEEKS at home strength training program designed to help you reach your fitness goal without a gym .
