  • MONTHLY PERSONALIZED TRAINING

    Once you sign up for the monthly personalized training program, you will be asked to fill out a consultation form. As soon as that is filled out, someone from the Chelsey Rose Health training team will reach out to you with any additional questions they find necessary to ask you in order to begin working on YOUR PLAN! Questions typically include // What EXACT weights do you have at home, do you currently have any injuries you are concerned about, have you done strength training before etc. Within 24 hours of having these questions answered, you will be able to open your calendar to a workout program that is specifically designed for you!! Your trainer will talk with you and check in with you throughout your entire program to make sure you're loving your workouts. You will be able to track your nutrition and progress photos within the app and you will always be able to reach out to someone on our team if you need adjustments in your plan. PLAN INCLUDES 4 strength training days a week + 2 cardio days.

    Sign up and receive a personalized 10 week training plan created by me, designed for you. The plan includes a 10 week strength training plan that progressively overloads to get you the best results, safely. It also includes weekly e-mails with homework and exclusive handouts plus daily communication via the app in case you have questions or want to share your progress! Once signing up please allow up to 3 days for your plan to be ready to go.   • PHASE 1 - BODY TRANSFORMATION

    The body transformation program is designed to take your training to levels that you've never been to before. Over the course of the 4 phases we focus on building up your core + overall strength and stability so that you can become a fat burning machine, see muscles you never knew existed, see results in areas you've given up on, and feel the ultimate confidence that you DESERVE. Phase 1 of this program is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. It is where you will build the base of your upcoming programs so that you CAN complete the upcoming programs and actually change your physique, pain free. This phase includes 8 weeks of endurance exercise training. Each week will include 3 strength training days + 2 light cardio days + 1 random activity day. gym membership required.

  • PHASE 2 - BODY TRANSFORMATION

    Welcome to phase 2 of the Body Transformation Program! If you're starting this program that means that you've either completed phase 1 or you have been strength training for at least 2-3 months and feel ready for a new challenge. In this phase we are adding one more day to your workout routine (you're getting closer to working out 5-6 days a week like a pro!!), we are increasing isometric exercises, increasing the load on some main lifts and splitting up the workouts from just full body to an upper/lower/full/lower split. Gym membership is recommended for program but if you can't access a gym, reach out to get different suggestions.
