I believe that working out doesn’t have to be a chore; instead, it should be an empowering experience that boosts your confidence, endurance, mobility, and reduces pain. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University and am certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach, and Triathlon Coach. With over a decade of experience coaching clients both at home and in the gym, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of healthy habits. My oldest client, who started with me at the age of 83, is still going strong at 88! I’m excited to help you embark on your fitness journey.
