This semi-custom monthly weightlifting plan is designed for those that want to build strength, improve endurance and increase flexibility. You'll have your choice of home workouts, gym workouts or a combination of both. This program is perfect if your goals include increasing overall strength, improving energy, reducing pain or improving stamina. You can expect 3-5 workouts per week + cardio recommendations. Workouts are approximately 20-45 minutes in length and will be adjusted based on your bi-weekly feedback. Plan progresses each week with recommended sets & reps. Plan renews monthly until cancelled. No refunds partial or otherwise due to digital nature of product. Plan starts the Monday following purchase.
