A 3-day training plan targeting your glutes! Using a dumbbell and a bench you can complete this 3-Day Beginner Glute workout in about 15-30 minutes. Start with a weight that you can complete the three sets with but yet, the last 2-3 repetitions are very hard to complete. As the third set becomes easy over time be sure to up the weight! Remember, good form should be priority, before completing a weight that causes bad form.

Each week you'll have the ability to send short videos of your movement for review and feedback. You have access to me through messaging 24/7 and I will reply with 24 hours. Most people will achieve greater ease in everyday activities by 30% or more and will also experience fat loss as a side effect of more calorie burn daily. Going up the stairs and carrying groceries and normal daily tasks will feel so much easier! Energy left over at the end of the day is another well received benefit! This is a monthly coaching geared to your needs and goals specifically using Trainerize. This product includes strength training, mobility and health coaching along with suggestions on cardiovascular exercise. There are two (2) 30 minutes virtaul sessions included as needed per month. You will be responsible for scheduling these each month. These sessions can be used for questions, form discussion and demonstration or coaching about health and nutrition.
