This is a 30 day program for those who have slight difficulty moving around but can. All exercises in this program are modified. Example: pushup on knees or wall. It's perfect for getting yourself moving again with a desire to move on to full range of motion exercises. It does include sit stand squat exercises, pushups in a modified way, stretches, being on hands and knees and on the floor. This program works the body firm but gentle and you will come out feeling stronger and ready to advance! This program does not include a one on one session virtually or in person.
This product gets you moving in all FIVE Keys of Fitness, Cardiovascular, Muscular Strength and Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and helps you manage your Body Composition by getting you moving in all directions a little bit each day. This product includes moderate paced intervals to get the heart rate up, mobility movement to keep your joints in the best range of motion and strength moves that utilize bodyweight. This product does NOT include a one on one session with personal trainer.
