I started my fitness journey 7 years ago and it truly has been the best decision I ever took for myself. When I was younger I was very insecure in the way I looked and I knew I didn’t want to feel like that anymore so the gym became my escape place and fell in love with the process. When I saw how far I was able to push myself and watch my body transform I started to feel more confident. I became stronger, mentally and physically and discovered this was my passion. I know so many girls struggle with their physical appearance and confidence, and that shouldn’t be the way to feel about ourselves. No matter your fitness level, everything is possible with the proper guidance and mindset! my goal is to help others to get to where they desire, motivate, and inspire you to become the best version of yourself my maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
