I’m Ryan Tullis—owner of The Boring Fitness Coach. I’ve been coaching for 15 years, helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident using a simple, no-nonsense approach.

Fitness has been a lifelong obsession—shaped by my own struggles with weight, bullying, and insecurity growing up. I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your body, and I know how powerful it feels to take that back.

Now, I coach with one clear goal: keep fitness simple and effective, so it fits into your life—not the other way around. I prioritize what works and strip away what doesn’t, helping you get results without overthinking every meal or workout.

Whether we’re working together in person at my private facility in Roseville, CA, or online through our app, the focus stays the same: real progress, done right.

Outside the gym, I’m a competitive bodybuilder and someone who values living fully. I love to travel, read, and be near the water—whether that’s swimming, wake surfing, or just soaking up the sun. Your fitness should support the life you want, not take it over.
