  • The Plan – Initial Launch Plan – Phase 1

    Welcome! This plan is simple by design. You’re not here to prove anything or push through exhaustion. You’re here to take consistent action without draining your energy. Over the next two weeks, your focus is this: - 2 strength sessions - 2 cardio sessions - Daily step baseline - Track workouts in the app You choose when to train. The plan guides what to do. I hold the structure. What's Included: In-Person Support: - Week 1: Onsite fitness consultation including BIA body composition baseline review and set up your in-app training portal - Week 2: Second onsite session to assess movement form, review progress, and provide hands-on support Virtual Coaching: - One 30-minute video call at the midpoint (end of Week 1) to check in, troubleshoot, and adjust as needed Daily App Access & Accountability: - Custom workout programming delivered through the Trainerize app - 3 check-ins per week to track consistency and energy levels - Data review and trend analysis with personalized recommendations - 24-hour response time to all questions via in-app messaging (text, voice, video voicemail) Some days will feel easier than others.
