After years of working 9-5 I realized I wasn't happy with my career decision. I ate terribly. I gained weight. I needed to make changes . In 2004, the day I quit my job, I went straight to the gym and signed up. I trained everyday and began to educate myself about exercise science. I decided I was going to make fitness my second career. Since summer of 2006, my focus has been to learn as much as possible in order to provide the best possible service for my members.
