Sounds scary, and in a way it is. Berserkers were Norse Champions who went into a wild frenzy during battle, they wore no armor. Instead they wore the skin of a bear. Berserker roughly translates to Bear skin.

Berserkers were said to change skin going into battle, or Hamask. This is what we do here at Berserker Training. not only turn you into champions but train you to Hamask into a better version of yourself.

With years of experience playing rugby and from being in British army, i find the best training methods suited to your training and diet need.
