It's time to Get Moving! This 31 day challenge will consist of you performing one exercise every day throughout the month of March. Each day you will perform one assigned bodyweight exercise for a total of 100 repetitions. You can do all 100 reps at one time or spread them out across your day however you want to. The goal is to finish each day haven accomplished a total of 100 repetitions, how you get there is up to you. The choice is yours! By time the 31 day challenge is over you will have completed a total of 3,100 combined reps of upper body, lower body, and core exercises for the month! Let's get moving!
