About Ben

Hi, I’m Ben—a dedicated health and wellness professional with over a decade of experience in fitness, coaching, and athletic performance. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach through ISSA, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management, along with a Minor in Kinesiology.

Currently, I’m a full-time educator and coach for football, basketball, and track and field. I also lead offseason strength and conditioning programs, helping athletes unlock their potential both on and off the field. Before coaching, I worked as a full-time personal trainer and performance coach at a local gym in Texas, where I helped clients achieve their fitness goals and develop lifelong healthy habits.

My passion for fitness began at age 5, when I joined my first athletic program. By age 12, I was learning how to train and transform my body as an athlete—a journey I’ve continued to refine and expand ever since. My mission isn’t just to help people build physical strength; it’s to empower them to take ownership of their mind, body, and spirit, proving that hard work and discipline make anything possible.

My Philosophy for Success is this:
1. Show Up
2. Work Hard
3. Be Willing to Learn
4. Never Give Up

Let’s work together to achieve your goals and unlock your potential!
