I had a lot of reservations about just seeing the gym and thinking, not for me!
I was so afraid to try any of the equipment as I have never worked out in a gym.
I was also self conscious about how was I going to do any of this!! Felt overwhelmed.
From the very beginning Brittany looked at what I could and could not do.
She has modified every movement, machine, exercise to the limitations of my body.
She has been so motivating and encourages me to do my best and point out when I need to work on the technique.
I have achieved better range of motion, more stability, I feel better about myself, I have more energy, and I am able to reach objects higher up in my cabinets.
Keep doing what you do, encouraging, working with my limitations to help me feel better and live longer.
