My mission is to make a positive impact, help you improve your quality of life, teach you that food is FUEL, and help as many people as I can, especially women with PCOS, learn how to fuel their bodies and get longterm results without restriction or fad diets!

After nearly 5 years of working as a RN, I took a leap of faith and left the crazy world of nursing to pursue my passion of helping others achieve the best and healthiest version of themselves!
As a woman with PCOS, I am SO passionate to help other ladies who struggle with PCOS learn that you CAN still get those results you so badly desire! Whether you are on a fat loss journey, trying to gain strength, or improve your habits and quality of life, im here to support you and help you reach your goals!
I attended Washburn University where I obtained a Bachelors of Science in nursing. As a collegiate athlete, I was frustrated with the results I was NOT getting with the amount of time and effort spent at the gym. Thus begun my dedication to health and fitness.
Through the incredible transformations I have produced in my clients, as well as helping to change over thousands of lives, I have earned a Sponsored Trainer position through 1stPhorm and I have been hard at work helping people since!
Since becoming a Sponsored Trainer this has allowed me the opportunity to further my education in nutrition, fitness, and overall health! I work closely alongside Registered Dietitians, nutritionists, and other personal trainers who are constantly teaching me how to become a better coach to my team
I have obtained my Certified Personal Training, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Behavioral Change Specialist certifications through the National Academy of Sports medicine (NASM). I’m always working to further my education to become the best coach for my team.
