Whether you’re just starting or you’re an experienced player, our program provides everything you need to move better, play stronger, and feel great on and off the court. What You’ll Receive: Daily Workout Programming: Get structured daily workouts tailored to your needs, delivered directly through the Athletes Prehab App. Each workout is designed to help you improve mobility, strength, and endurance specifically for pickleball. On-Demand Workouts: Need flexibility? Access a library of on-demand workouts available in the app at your convenience. Perfect for when you need an extra session or can’t follow the daily schedule. Monthly Check-Ins via Zoom: Stay on track with our personalized monthly check-ins.
