    STRIVE is an ongoing strength and conditioning system built around four 12-week blocks each year: Foundation, Build, Intensify, and Refine. You can join at any time, but each year begins by laying the groundwork. The Build Block shifts the focus to increasing strength, capacity, and confidence under load. With movement patterns established in the Foundation phase, this block increases training volume and intensity to continue building muscle, strength, and overall conditioning.
