The STRIVE program is a 12-week fitness experience designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence through three progressive phases. Whether you're new to fitness or returning, STRIVE will guide you toward a stronger, healthier you. To get started, you'll need a set of dumbbells and an adjustable bench. If you don’t have an adjustable bench, no worries—just perform the exercises from a flat position. Additional equipment like a booty band or light resistance band will be helpful, but not required. The program features full-body (FB) workouts, ensuring all major muscle groups are engaged, even if you miss a session. This approach helps prevent imbalances and supports consistent progress across all muscle groups. Optional specialized focus workouts are included to target and develop lagging body parts, offering extra attention to areas that may need more work. These sessions are designed to promote balanced strength and muscle growth by focusing on specific muscle groups. They can be easily integrated into your regular cardio sessions or performed as a quick, standalone workout. You have the flexibility to choose whether or not to add a focus workout to your calendar, allowing you to customize your routine based on your needs and goals.
