Fit & Confident is a monthly subscription to a strength program created for ladies who want to improve their physiques, become stronger and get confident with their bodies. The program includes 3 full body workouts with video demonstrations of each exercise, and requires no equipment. This program is best for self-motivated individuals who do not need a support of a trainer, and who are able to commit to training from the convenience of their homes.
