I live in Austin, TX. I graduated from Texas State University with a concentration focus in business administration, coaching, and psychology. I competed in a Men’s Physique Competition back in 2017 and worked at Complete Nutrition for in 2018.

Now I’m helping men and women who are looking build a better version of themselves through developing healthier habits, building personalized workout routines, one on one video calling, and weekly motivation.
