This program includes: -Detailed instruction and coaching on lifts and technique that will cater to brand new or veteran weightlifters. There are modifications in the coaching videos to meet all ranges. - 3 workouts (full body - squat & push; full body - deadlift & pull; full body - lunges, abs, & accessories) split over the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively. - 2 heart rate up days with suggested HIIT or cardio and a heavy emphasis on abdominal core strength and toning. (Tuesday and Thursday). If you prefer Pilates, yoga, walking or other cardio forms... these days are awesome for it if you'd like to replace the scheduled ab work.
Here is a full body workout plan for the the stay-at- home busy client who wants to increase muscle and burn fat and has access to just dumbbells and a bench. I've included exercises that can be done by almost anybody. You will also get the chance to decide just how hard you want to push by selecting your own weights. Most workouts take around 30-minutes tops to complete. In a week 4 week progression cycle, I get you acclimated to the lifts and slightly amp up the intensity and add a little bit more work as we go into the next 4 weeks. You'll find different Lifts and Variations at the end of an 8 week Cycle.
