Welcome to the start of this 12-week program, I have designed this full program originally as part of my own training routine, which I had so many people reaching out to train the same. This is the main reason for developing a full program for YOU to be able to train and eat like a hybrid athlete - This program has a big focus on increasing lean muscle, gaining strength, dropping body fat and improving your overall body composition. This is done through a great split of tailored strength sessions targeting both your upper/lower body, as well as a structured running program to increase your body composition and cardiovascular system. This is the way I train and see the best results personally, I have seen over 80 clients now following this structured program with these targets and completely changing their body composition and overall strength. There are 3 x phases in the program, each phase of the program is 4 weeks long with a progressive overload focus to see and feel maximum results. Each phase has completely different workouts and sessions to give you the best adaptions possible and enjoy the program, which is number 1.
