About Joe

Growing up as an athlete, I trained in kickboxing, played soccer, basketball, and pretty much any other sport I could get my hands on. This led me to develop a passion for movement and constantly improving my health and fitness. I eventually fell in love with calisthenics and started to compete, as well as coach calisthenics. I love to share my passion of constant improvement through health and fitness and have my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist certifications.
