I'm a personal trainer, nutritionist and online coach specialising in female fitness and health. My own journey and struggles formed who I've become as a trainer and coach. I focus on hypertrophy and strength training, body recomposition, functional fitness, and mobility.
With my holistic approach, I always make sure that my clients not only succeed in the gym and during their training sessions but also outside of the gym to find their own definition of fitness and healthy lifestyle.
Apart from that, I'm also a certified pre/postnatal fitness trainer and yoga teacher while also being a first-time mom. There is so much misinformation out there about strength training and physical activity in general. Many women come to me saying that they have no idea what to do or that they are scared to train during pregnancy. I help these women to find their own way of training and adjust to the stage of pregnancy where they currently are. I'm alive example that weight training and physical activity during pregnancy are safe and beneficial.
Nutrition is my favourite thing as well. I have a history of disordered eating habits and someone who is at peace with food now I make sure that my clients develop healthy relationship with food and have general knowledge from my coaching.
I approach each client individually and I care about our relationship, honesty and loyalty that's for me important for smooth cooperation.
