I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry with the majority of it working with physical therapists. My strengths as a fitness professional include corrective and functional exercise. I pride myself on attention to detail and educating my clients as we address physical compensation patterns. I have a bachelor’s degree in physical education and am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with many specializations.
