My name is Katherine and I specialize in corrective exercise and functional training to improve the quality of your wellbeing. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona and have been teaching all types of Group Fitness and Personal Training since 2007.
I sincerely love my job and the opportunity it gives me to help people reach their goals. I believe in Fitness and Wellness as a lifestyle that can improve your health and quality of living.

I am also an advocate of flexibility and Pilates to enhance a person’s physical health, have experience with training children, teenagers, and women who are pregnant.
