Your XLR40 Do Hard Things free 2 week trail will consist of 3 workouts a week. Rest and recovery are important so on the days that you are not completing a workout you will be given activities to strengthen your mind, as well as challenge you in what you are using to fuel and recover. This program is designed for those who are active and want to take their fitness to the next level. ITS YOUR HEALTH OWN IT!!! Your Trial will start on the following Monday from your sign up.
This program is a 2 week trial of our active living program- 1-2 daily exercise(s) to perform (rotating through 5 different ones), walking days, supportive daily auto messages (about mindful eating and gratitude journaling), and a start and finish progress assessment.
