Hi, I’m Warren Manson - founder of X Factor Fitness.
I’m a New Zealand based Personal Trainer with many years of experience in weight and resistance training, which is primarily my key focus as your personal trainer.
I'm a trainer within New Zealand’s largest gym group, and my recommendation to you would be to join up to your local gym which will provide you with many benefits. This will allow us to explore a vast number of exercise and progression options using a wider range of equipment available in a gym environment (compared with a home gym for example). Furthermore, it will allow flexibility to customise an exercise program to suit your ability, needs and goals.
By using these resources as our training tools, we can accelerate your health and fitness journey to where you want or need to get to. Here’s a summary of what I do:
- Work with you to set targets and provide guidance for you to reach your goals faster.
- Teach you correct exercise technique so that you maximise your gym experience with greater progress and injury prevention.

- Keep you accountable to maintain good exercise habits, as well as create a great experience so you love coming to the gym.
