Hey ladies, it's me... Xenia and I am the creator of XenFit. I'd love to share a little bit about me.
I have been a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition specialist for over 7 years, I also specialise in Pre and Post Natal Fitness. I love helping women to achieve their health and fitness goals, and transform their lives.
I'm a wife, mother of two and I know who it could be hard to find time for yourself when balancing family life and career. I have created this company with a strong focus on Women Empowerment. XenFit is a fitness and nutrition coaching solution for modern women. Fit does not just mean physically fit, it means mentally fit, spiritually fit, professionally fit. I've created this company for the Modern Woman who needs to be reminded that IT IS OKAY to put yourself first.
Where did it start?
At the age of 5, I started figure skating, because it was a very popular sport in Russia back then. Just when I was about to enter the sports category, my parents decided that it was too time-consuming and that it was better to concentrate on my studies. I quit against my will, convinced that one day I would come back to the athletic track. And I did! After I graduated from three universities in two countries I found the drive to pursue my interest in nutrition and fitness.
Up until that moment, my life was a constant search for a new way to lose weight. I tried every dieting gimmick possible: eating apples all day or drinking celery soup, and whatever random dieting plans that sounded feasible. It got even harder when I became pregnant and there wasn't anyone back then to help me train safe and stay in shape during and after pregnancy.
My professional training and achievements
When I was on the maternity leave I did level 3 PT, specialising in the training prenatal and postnatal women and nutritional advisor courses. And with that knowledge, while doing other research and following the advice of professionals, I went from overweight to Bikini and Fit Mum Champion. All of this, obviously, while leading a challenging first-time mommy lifestyle. I got the following titles:

As proud coach I can say that one of my clients compete at Miami Pro and she came back with trophy! Frankly, she wasn’t even into fitness when we started.
My passion for sculpting the female body didn't stop. I joined a fantastic MummyFit team, the best and most professional company in pre- and postnatal fitness. I trained around 100 women a week, helping each and every one of them lose pounds and drop dress sizes. I also designed an on-demand Pre-natal program for MummyFIt, when I was pregnant with my baby number 2.
