Below are the details: Your assessment will be 60 minutes in duration where we will assess your overall functionality and performance through a series of low-intensive exercises and movements. We will assess muscular and cardiovascular endurance, range of motion, joint stability, as well as balance and coordination. During this time, we will also discuss lifestyle habits, nutrition, and program options that would best suit your personal health/fitness goals.

In-Person Sessions are not included in pricing** Client will receive week-by-week exercises that will be personalized and modified for the clients fitness needs and accommodations. Weekly Check-ins are included in this service as well as nutritional coaching! Groupchat access is optional! **6 Month Commitment Required**
