Hey there- I am Coach Becca,
a recently new addition to team Workout Anytime in Blairsville, GA, and I am so glad to be here!
You may find me most days in the gym on my yoga mat as our current Yoga and Pilates class instructor, other times you may find me floating around our free weights.
So, what's my specialty you might ask? I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, and avid cheerleader for you! With experience in Olympic weight lifting, dynamic body chain movements, core strength training, cardiovascular health, nutritional tanning, and the physical therapy realm, I hold many "tools" in my belt to help you get where you want or need to be.
