With a Kinesiology degree from the University of North Georgia and a specialization in Strength & Conditioning, I'll blend science, sweat, and soul into every session. My roots run deep—over 5 years of practicing and teaching Yoga, alongside Pilates, Spin, Interval Training, and Powerlifting-based group fitness.
Certified through ACE Fitness, bringing a functional approach to training, utilizing Functional Movement Screens (FMS) to assess your body’s movement patterns and build strength that actually translates to real life. My background even extends into exercise laboratory research, studying how movement can help manage POTS symptoms, and working with high school and collegiate athletes to improve performance and mobility through group-based yoga.
Becca has led classes of 50+ people, creating workouts that don’t just burn—they feel good, move well, and leave you stronger from the inside out.
My favorite workout?
The one you feel in your soul while you’re doing it… and for the next two days.
You’ll usually find me on my mat in the gym, jamming to instrumental beats and soul music, flowing through movement chains that build dynamic stability, strength, and resilience.
