Growing up as an athlete since the young age of 4, I have always had a solid interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I was engaged in everything you could imagine a young boy could get into , martial arts, hip hop, computers. I found my love for fitness and helping others with their fitness journey in 2009 when I started working at a gym just to get some extra hours. That experience led me to get my ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer certification in 2011 and officially start my fitness career. Since graduation, I have continued to further my education and credentials in order to improve how I truly affect my clients. Having helped congressmen, athletes, CEO's, entertainers and enterprenuers I've truly been enriched by my experience and am looking to bring mty services to as many people as I can reach.

I live by the statement "Mentality Equals Reality" and want all of my clients to experience exactly what this means.
