Based in Glasgow’s Merchant City, I am a personal trainer specialising in 1-2-1 sessions and online coaching to help people lose body fat and retain muscle with the ultimate goal of getting a lean and toned physique.

1-2-1 packages include nutrition plans and training plans to follow on your own and regular measurements so that you can see you are getting results. Packaged together it will all be available on an app for your phone so you have it at the touch of a button and can fill in and record your workouts as you go.

The online plan includes all of the above minus the 1-2-1 sessions.

When you pay for a personal trainer, you should not be left to think or worry about anything. I'll do the thinking, you’ll do the work, and we will get results.
