I’m Ridge Estes, founder of Wildcard Fitness Co., a Division 1 All-American athlete turned performance coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I’ve lived the grind, battled through setbacks, and rebuilt myself stronger — and now I help men do the same.
