I'm Health Coach Cristina and I coach in West Columbia, SC. I've been coaching for 7 seven years, and I've been where you are. I've been a beginner who had no idea how to navigate a gym. I also know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by information about exercise, diet and sports performance - there's A LOT out there.

As a trauma-informed board certified health coach and trainer, I work with clients to create programs that meet them where they are now whether that's a beginner or someone with who's been in the gym years. We talk about their long term goals and build a plan that supports them wholly because every piece matters.

That's what makes training with me different - it's not just about exercise, but your mental, emotional and physical well-being are all considered when we train.

As a queer and neurodivergent person, I often work with those who are queer, neurodivergent and have experienced trauma that are looking to figure out what works for them, not just try a cookie cutter plan.
