I’m Luke, a NASM-certified personal trainer and the founder of WeissFit Body Composition Solutions. With over a decade of personal passion for resistance training and exercise, I’ve been training clients professionally since 2023. Prior to launching my own company in January 2025, I served as Training Director at a large box gym, where I honed my skills in delivering results-driven programs. I specialize in sustainable weight loss, muscle gain, shoulder rehabilitation, and functional fitness, helping clients of all levels—from beginners to advanced—achieve transformative body composition changes. I’ve guided several clients to lose over 100 pounds through personalized, evidence-based training. At WeissFit, I work out of a small, uncrowded gym environment that’s ideal for focused, effective sessions whether you’re just starting out or pushing your limits.
