Includes one 60-minute in-person training session per week (4 sessions per month) with your coach at the gym. All plans include an individually customized workout plan written by your coach which you will have access to via the Trainerize app for reference during solo workouts.
Every month you will get 4 session credits for 1 Hour - 1 on 1 Personal Training Session (expire after 12 months)
