Designed for any level of client, this programs gets clients familiar with key pieces of equipment and works them head to toe. This program lasts for 8 weeks and includes: - 2 workouts (full-body workout first training plan; full-body workout second training plan) split over the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively. The first training plan 3x/week for the first 4 weeks, the second training plan 3x/week from week 5-8. - Assessments at the start, week 5, and upon completion of week 8.
This is an 8 week comprehensive arms and abs program. Split into two 4 week phases, the workouts will be completed twice per week and are easily fit into any current training split. With a large variety of exercises, this program will help increase the size, strength, and leanness of your arms as well as build a strong developed core.
2 in person training sessions and virtual training program
I am a fitness professional with over 15 years in the industry. I help my clients achieve their personal fitness goal through a methodical approach that was developed from my experiences in the different fields of human movement. From being a former collegiate track and field athlete “polevault” to working in physical therapy throughout grad school as well as the hand on experience from the last 10 years helping people pursue their fitness aspirations. I try to bring all these different experiences to help design and implement successful health and fitness programs.
