I created the V-ELITE SPORTS PERFORMANCE & FITNESS program for Youth up to Elderly. My program consists of: 1 on 1 Personal Training, Group Training, Outdoor Group Fitness Bootcamps, Sports Performance Training which involve Strength & Conditioning as well as Speed & Agility and Core Focuse that are individual sport related. 


My program Also consist of an outreach program for under priveledged and at-risk youth which utilizes fitness concepts to help them cope with and dysfunction in their lives that may be caused by broken homes, lack of positive role models, unemployment and poverty.
