Need to restart your exercise program? All we need from you is 14 days, your promise you will give it all you have got and the drive and motivation to change your body and get your very own Savage body. What you will get: A 14 day workout plan with a mixture of cardio, HIIT and strength training programs. This initial program requires no equipment but equipment can be added if you want to push yourself a little harder. You will also receive a 7 day pre training plan just to ensure you're ready to go. 5 days of easy to follow workout plans, diet advice and the promise of 1:1 motivation from our coaches to get you where you need to be. Each week your goal is to get stronger, more defined and more closer to your Savage body. Once complete sign up for our 6 week training program ( option 1: body weight option 2: with dumbbells)
