Jerry comes from a diverse background which includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Health and Education with a major in health education. He is also an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Poliquin Level 1, 2 and Biosignature. He’s skilled in educating the client to give them the best possible chance of reaching their goals from a physical, lifestyle and nutritional perspective.
Jerry describes himself as being agnostic in his training approach and puts the client at the center of his program design. He focuses on practicality that achieves results as opposed to scrutinising training theories.
