I started martial arts when i was in 6th grade. I learned the beautiful art and discipline of Muay Thai during that time and have been with the practice all the way to present times. I also train Brazilian jiu jitsu. that has been my most current and main focus for the past 5 years. through jiu jitsu i have trained other aspects of grappling like wrestling as well.

At UFC FIT SJ, I assist with the BJJ program which is ran by my main coach since day one; Chris Murphy, I lead MMA conditions every Tuesday and Thursday, and kickboxing conditioning on Saturday mornings.

My classes include a mixture of technique at a very high pace. It may be hard for the first timers but it definitely is fun. Come get a workout and learn how to mix up some styles and learn how to strike while getting into shape 😮‍💨🤌🏽
