I want people to feel what it's like to feel stronger on the outside and most importantly stronger on the inside.I have been through my own transformation and I want to share with you the best tips and habits I have created daily to help you with your journey. I will calculate your calories and macro nutrients based on your body/body composition goals. I will send you my Macro friendly recipe book to help with recipe ideas and I will also teach you the basics of nutrition and how to track on my fitness pal.You will have 2 training blocks to complete at the gym involving hypertrophy and strength training. You will get access to my online app,demonstration videos on each exercise and ability to track your progression.Small changes lead to big things..Let's make BIG things happen this year!!
This home program is for people who either don't want to step foot in a gym and/or struggle to find time to make it to the gym but want to work on there health and fitness goals. This program includes 8 weeks of home training, you will need some dumbbells and a resistance band for this program. You will also have other daily goals to complete within the 8 weeks including step goal, water goal ect.
