Growing up as an athlete since the age of 6, I've always had a passion for fitness. I participated in many sports including football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. I've had the privilege to play for teams through the Boys & Girls Club and, it's also been an honor to play for my high school and college that I attended. This might be cliche, but I eat, sleep, and breathe fitness. It's more than just a lifestyle; its a purpose. This has led me down the road to pursue a career as a fitness trainer. Earning my certificates for this career has exposed me to more opportunities than I can ever imagine. One of those opportunities is entrepreneurship which has brought me to creating my own company that fits me: Trainwithwaynefitness. I've helped an endless amount of people achieve their fitness goals including weight loss, body composition, muscle definition, emotionally fit, spiritually fit, physically fit, and just finding the fun of working out in general. I have an enormous passion for helping people in all ways possible to get their fitness journey started and, walking them all the way to a place where they create the best version of themselves. "Train Like A Champion" is my standard. Champions train different. Champions are built different. Champions make winning an obligation. It's a mindset.
