About Blair

Hey! My name is Blair Dunn. I am passionate about all things fitness, but most passionate about powerlifting. I competed on the USA IPF Junior Powerlifting Team in the Cayman Islands in the 2023 North American Championships; I placed 1st in my division. In my first two powerlifting meets in the USPA federation, I set 20 different state records and 4 national records in my categories. After switching federations, I set the Texas state records in my division, qualified for nationals—in which I placed 2nd, and then received a USA Team invitation. My powerlifting journey has provided me with expertise and detailed knowledge to maximize strength and training. I also love swing dancing for fun, and I like art!
