I am a licensed REB3L Fitness Instructor for both Groove & Strength formats. (IG: @reb3l_alli)

Dancing and fitness have always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I was always involved in something dance-related -- from making up dances with my friends to being on my high school dance team. In my adult life, I’ve tried various exercise regimens, but I never found anything that I was motivated to stick with and was still missing the communal aspect and fun that came with dancing as a team.

I discovered REB3L (and the amazing community that surrounds it) in March 2022 while living in Colorado and was immediately hooked! I became an Instructor in March 2023 and have found so much joy and personal fulfillment in teaching REB3L classes. I love meeting new people, making new friends, building a community through dance, and helping people grow their confidence and strength and have a great time while doing it. I believe the only qualification you need to be a "dancer" is to love to dance, and I strive to create an atmosphere in class that is welcoming, uplifting, non-judgmental, and empowering. I’m excited to bring REB3L to San Antonio through TruFit!

When I’m not REB3Ling or working a full-time job, you can find me hanging out with my 2 Shiba Inus, my large family and/or closest friends, hiking, doing yoga, traveling, dining out, crafting, organizing, playing games, or trying a new activity or adventure.
