My name is Edward Knight and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. Physical fitness has been a part of my life since my days in the Army and I’ve been actively lifting for the last 10 years. It wasn’t until I was out of the military that I started to take the fitness journey more serious. People within my community were getting so called “family diseases” and the common trend was the inactivity in their lives. I began to research what it takes to be healthy, inside and out, so that I can help others be the best possible versions of themselves. I enjoy helping others to set, reach and exceed their goals while educating them on how eating right, hard work and proper form can be the winning combination.
