Kim brings 10 years of experience from working in both the corporate fitness and medical fitness sectors, including cardiac rehabilitaion and general post-rehabilitation personal training settings. She has a proven track record of developing successful personalized training programs to meet diverse client needs with goals ranging from general fitness, sport specific training, post-rehab strengthening, and weight loss. In addition to one-on-one training, she has taught several class formats over the years, including boot camps, cycling, weight lifting, core strength, and reformer Pilates.
