Your Basic plan experience will include your monthly regimen of workouts (not including Nutrition plan) up to 4x a week. We can meet face to face, hybrid, or just have online sessions. Weekly you will have updates by me on personal messages to check on you updates, how you're doing, encouragement, etc. If you have any questions about any of this please feel free to ask. I'm here to help!
This subscription is for 1-2 day a week session for 1hr.
