About Reece

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal fitness trainer and life long athlete, Reece brings a wealth of experience to his work. He has successfully trained a diverse range of clients, including students, doctors, collegiate athletes, and individuals from all walks of life. Reece has worked with clients as young as 10 and as old as 85, tailoring his approach to meet each person's unique needs and abilities.
