Hello!
My name is Connor Mahannah, but I go by "Coach" or Coach Connor. Born and raised in Vancouver BC, I grew up as a multi-sport athlete (hockey, soccer, baseball, basketball) and went on to play Varsity Basketball at Capilano University before transferring to complete my BKIN in Health & Sciences at the University of British Columbia.
I've spent the last 7 years training/coaching through both personal and group fitness. My passion for facilitating others to achieve their full health and wellness potential drives me to be the best coach possible each and every day!
I follow a functional movement approach to fitness, focussing on specific full-body programming that is personalized to meet your needs and goals. My coaching philosophy is founded upon the belief that building a mindset of consistency and sustainable progress is the key to success.
